人生で初めてインフルエンザにかかり、前の日曜は礼拝に出席することができませんでした。体調は回復していましたが、この半年、特に右目が少し焼けるような感じと、時には流れ落ちるほどの涙目になっていました。ここ1ヵ月ほどは疲れ目かとも思い日中でも目をつむっているよう心がけていました。

礼拝のメッセージが終わり、ジェリー先生が短く言いました。「目の癒し、涙が出ている状態の方、神様が癒してくださいます。」私は自分のことだと確信し、感謝の祈りをしました。

その時、癒されたのだと思います。その後、涙で煩わされることはありません。

翌週、ジェリー先生に報告すると大変喜んでくださり「そうですか。あなたが四人目ですよ。」とおっしゃいました。私の面倒を見てくださる神様、感謝します。

It was the first time in my life I got influenza, and I wasn’t able to attend church service the Sunday before. I recovered, but for six months after that, I felt a burning sensation in my right eye, and sometimes tears would flow uncontrollably from that eye. For about a month, I thought it was eye fatigue so I made effort to close my eyes and rest them during the day.

After the Sunday service, Pastor Jerry said, “God is healing eyes, those who have teary eyes, God is healing you.”I knew that was for me, and I lifted up a prayer of thanksgiving. I felt that I was healed, and after that, I have had no problems with teary eyes. The following week, I gave Pastor Jerry my testimony, and he rejoiced and told me, “That’s great. You’re the fourth person healed.”  Thank you to the God that cares for me.
